It is indeed a huge privilege and honour for us to make use of this opportunity to thank Michelle and the Exclusive properties team for the outstanding and professional service with witch they have helped us sell our townhouse and buy our ten year long dream home.
We have previously tried to buy, but always have been unsuccessful in our path to find our place in the sun.
Our paths crossed with Michelle when we were browsing on the internet for smallholdings for sale when we found our property. We left a message for Michelle to contact us regarding the property and she contacted us promptly within twenty four hours, and went to show us the property. We fell in love with the place immediately and put in an offer witch the buyer accepted but on agreement that we had to sell our townhouse, as we were buying on terms off selling our place. Michelle and her team jumped in immediately and started marketing our place as they new they had only sixty days exactly to clinch the deal as the buyers contract agreed.
And that is what Michelle and her Exclusive properties team did, they managed to sell our property and sold our property in such a short space off time! We were delighted and so grateful for Exclusive properties to have been part off making our dream come true. We would recommend anyone buying or selling to make use off their services.
